Ma devi stimare comunque la matrice per cui è stato convoluto il tutto... Magari la fai parametrica e usi come funzione obiettivo l'entropia dell'istogramma, che è minima quando l'immagine è a fuoco... Io uso Nelder-Mead in genere come metodo (fminsearch)...
Stavo pensando ieri di buttare giù un paio di righe di codice matlab, ma poi mi sono detto... FC...
