Io ero rimasto che non si potessero brevettare forme geometriche e tanto altro.mi pare che per l'accettazione non si entri nel merito. La validità del brevetto deve essere provata in tribunale poi in una eventuale causa.

negli usa mi pare che la regola sia "puoi brevettare qualunque cosa, ma la validità del brevetto la devi provare poi in tribunale."
