Per un mITX gigabyte h77 + i5 3570k (77w) + 8giga di RAM + hd 2 tera WD green + hd 1.5 tera WD green + Samsung 830 128gb

Bastano 250w 80+ bronze?

...meglio un 350 o superiore...tanto se è 80+ l'efficenza resta alta indipendentemente dal carico...

Tra quei componenti la cosa che consuma di più è la CPU:

160w in full load
ti avanzano quasi 100 w reali per alimentare mobo, 3 dischi e ram...
ah ovviamente a patto che l'alimentatore da 250w non sia fatto da cip e ciop
controlla quanti ampere eroga sul rail 4 pin per la cpu questo ali, e fatti due conti ;)

eh ho visto pure io, lì dice 12v combined sono 18A, ovvero 216w.... non so, rischi di non farcela più che altro perchè se sono 2 rail splittate 50% / 50% ti attacchi al cazzo quando il pc è in full load e ti servono 160w da un rail singolo (infatti gli alimentatori migliori hanno il rail da 12v unico e ti erogano lì sopra tipo 30A )

secondo me non va bene :v anche perchè si presume che la 12v vada anche ad una scheda video discreta, che notoriamente ha anch'essa sete di corrente come una dannata :asd:

ti serve per forza flexATX?

...no perchè i 250W sono sommando le linee +12 +5 e +3...quindi non è detto che bastino...
