Imminente un annuncio sul gioco?
Sono anni che si parla di Half-Life 3, tuttavia Valve non ha mai fatto alcun annuncio al riguardo e le notizie non andavano mai oltre il semplice rumor (o il pesce d'aprile, come potete ancora vedere qui di fianco). Sembra però che la tendenza sia cambiata, perché il team di Gabe Newell ha appena depositato un trademark per il gioco in Europa. Ciò significa che è imminente un annuncio? Lo scopriremo a breve.

Today we learned that the trademark for Half-Life 3 was registered by Valve, and now we get a further piece of confirmation, thanks to hawk-eyed NeoGAF user Ekim.
Valve Software’s bug tracker site now includes a group for “Half-Life 3” and a second group named “Half-Life 3 Core“, basically confirming that the game is indeed in development. You don’t look for bugs in a game you aren’t developing, after all.
Below you can see a screencap of the page (email addresses have been blurred to protect the identity of innocent developers and QA testers), just in case Valve decides to hide the groups from our curious eyes.
It’s happening (unless they’re trolling us)!
Update: apparently the bug tracker site is now down. Either the massive influx of traffic from gamers wanting to see with their own eyes demolished the server (not unlikely, since NeoGAF went down too), or Valve pulled the plug in a hurry in order to hide the smoking gun. Well…too late for that, Gabe.

Il primo half life aveva un IA atroce, i marines erano geniali, fuoco di copertura, granate, altro che la merda di oggi.

riproporre la stessa salsa dopo quasi 10 anni con tutte le innovazioni che ci sono state nel frattempo è l'equivalente di quella porcata di duke nuke forever
