Si ho fatto la cazzata.

 

Volevo rigiocare a Fallout NV (ho già la collector per PC), ma a casa nuova non ho spazio per un gamestation PC, quindi via di xbox.

 

Comprato sullo store e via a scaricare, arrivato all'85% errore. Googlando forse c'era il regional code per questo non me lo faceva scaricare/installare. Mi accorgo (e ora ho capito il perché sigh) che avevo come paese Italia. Vabbè uso il tool per cambiare regione e settore San Marino.

 

Si sconnette dal live, si ricollega... e Xbox Live is not available in your region......

 

Provo a reimpostare Italia, nulla. Chiamo il Servizio Clienti, non possono fare una cippa. Dicono di aspettare tre mesi (!!!), promettendo l'apertura di un ticket ad un livello superiore.

 

 

Io sicuramente avrò fatto la cazzata, senza dubbio, ma MS non si smentisce come qualità di (dis)servizio clienti.

In Microsoft già tremano al tremendo boicottaggio che san marino metterà in piedi

Bisogna prenderci come siamo, gente rimasta di confine (a quale stato o nazione? O, forse, a quale tempo?), con una sola morale: il lavoro.

Siete uno Stato per i cavoli Vostri, avete un diverso regime fiscale, mamma MS di questo ne è consapevole, per cui l'errore è tuo che hai scelto Italia, se è per fare il furbo non sono io a doverlo sapere.:)
