ma lasciare l'antivirus di windows e via? io  non vado mai a cercare porcherie su internet, crack o simili. Da quando ho seven a, mentre mia madre succhia cazzi, ora che ho 8.1 ho sempre utilizzato quello e mai un problema. Però non so se vale lo stesso per chi in altri siti molto meno sicuri di quelli in cui navigo io.

 

Casomai da 8 in poi. In 7 è solo anti-malware...

secondo te una imparanoiata e abitudinaria che è andata avanti per anni con Norton (il che è tutto dire) accetta di stare senza antivirus?

già farle capire che uno gratuito trova tanti virus quanti quello a pagamento sarà un'impresa...

cmq io scarico file che potenzialmente hanno virus, ma saranno massimo una decina l'anno...
lascio il PC a mia zia 5 minuti che doveva cercare delle cose per una lezione privata / ripetizioni... dopo un minuto "mtty vieni che dice che non apre la pagina che c'è un virus"

la stessa zia che si era beccata su Windows vista il famoso virus che blocca l'avvio del PC mostrando una schermata che dice" polizia... pedobear... se non paghi entro 48 ore bla bla bla" è dopo che ho smontato l'hard disk aveva tipo 20-30 virus/malware/adware/chipiunehapiunemetta...

gli antivirus servono soprattutto ai peggiori utonti

Se vuoi andare sicuro utilizza il SO ALLY 2.0.

Ha piu o meno lo stesso mercato di osx

Serious Internet Explorer flaw puts XP users especially at risk

We hope that you heeded our advice to finally ditch Windows XP in favor of a more modern operating system, because there's a new security exploit that'll leave stubborn XP users in the cold. In a security alert released on Saturday, Microsoft reports that there's a serious vulnerability in Internet Explorer 6 through 11 that could allow hackers to take over your computer remotely if you happen to visit a malicious website. According to security firm FireEye, it has already found evidence of an attack that targets IE 9 through 11 that uses a well-known Flash exploitation technique to gain access to your computer's memory. Microsoft has already said it plans to roll out an IE security update for all modern versions of Windows, but if you're using XP, well, you're out of luck, as support for that 12-year-old OS ended a few weeks ago.

In the meantime, Microsoft suggests enabling Enhanced Protection Mode if you're using Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 7 for x64-based systems and all Windows 8 machines. Other workarounds include installing a free security tool called EMET (Enhanced Mitigation Experience Toolkit), adjusting security settings to High and disabling Active Scripting. Molti più coglioni di quanto pensi, sopratutto le versioni vecchie (6-7-8) .

 

Alla fine IE 11 non è assolutamente male ed è molto veloce. (più di chrome)

Entrambe le cose, io uso comunque Firefox, ma la differenza la vedo, è decisamente più ''lento''.
