TDM, quando inserisci le immagini, poi ci clicchi col dx sopra e selezioni come distribuire il testo attorno.
Così scegli tu se rendere l'immagine completamente free o no rispetto al testo.
si ma parli con gente che non sa inserire un'immagine senza rifare il documento

Se vuoi puoi perdere n-volte di tempo e usare l'inutilissimo latex, che sarà bello, ma il tempo che lo impari non vale lo stesso risultato che hai con word.
