prima di postare il quesito avevo cercato velocemente e distrattamente alcune soluzione e vedevo spesso proposte epic inception di formule varie tra cerca, indice, ricerca, conta.se ecc :chan:

ovviamente si, ma diventa utile solo se usi un Database serio come base di dati e se conosci il sql.

non vedi che il db ha una colonna in più? è una semplice copia della colonna cognome.

è servita per fregare e usare una colonna come ricerca e l'altra sotto visualizzata

ho la necessità, molto semplice, di creare un file che possa riassumere delle presenze.

ovvero: ogni giorno vorrei segnare la presenza o meno di una determinata persona. nello stesso giorno saranno presenti diverse persone, ovvero: oggi sono presenti mario e luca, domani mario, luca e gianni, dopodomani solo gianni.

 

vorrei poter aggregare i dati in modo da avere se non altro i totale complessivo di ogni singola persona

mi sto intrippando con vari metodi ma non trovo nulla di pratico che mi consenta di non fare fogli separati per settimane/mesi...

non ho pensato a nulla di meglio di una tabella con in riga i nominativi e in colonne i giorni, 

in questo formato una pivot risolve il problema ma l'inserimento diventa ostico avendo 365 colonne...

Sei scemo? Apri Access, crea tabella con 2 campi, Persona e Data Presenza. Inseriscici le presenze.

Poi fai new query: SELECT PERSONA,COUNT(*) FROM TABELLA GROUP BY PERSONA

 

Tra l'altro si potrebbe fare anche su excel, ma 0 voglia di spiegarlo
